Speaker Bios:
Ilan Geva is an independent marketing and branding consultant serving clients in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East from his office in Chicago. He has held prior executive marketing positions at Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, and Frankel & Co. Geva received the 2006 Graham School Excellence in Teaching Award.

William Strauss, M.A., is senior economist and economic advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and a Past President of the Chicago Association of Business Economists. Mr. Strauss holds an M.A. in economics from Northwestern University. Strauss received the 2010 Graham School Excellence in Teaching Award.

Program Information:
The Financial Decision Making Certificate Program is designed for emerging professionals who want to launch a career in finance, refocus on business management basics, or prepare for a top-ranked MBA program.Two rigorous required courses, Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance, lay a foundation for any successful career involving business finance. Two additional electives focus on other relevant financial areas, including economics and managerial analysis, and help provide an overall understanding of the financial industry today.

The Integrated Marketing Certificate Program is designed for emerging professionals who want to launch their marketing career or refresh it with new thinking. By taking courses in marketing, advertising, social media, web analytics, and public relations taught by high-level professionals, students will develop an understanding of the marketing industry today and will learn how to shape its future. With three core courses focused on building a solid marketing foundation and a variety of elective courses focused on traditional and new media, the Integrated Marketing Certificate program prepares students to become leaders and innovators.
