For professional advancement or personal enrichment, our MLA program helps you sharpen your analytic skills, think and plan at a strategic level, better express your ideas, and make more convincing arguments. The program involves engaging, interdisciplinary coursework, designed for adult learners. Students refine valuable skills like critical thinking, writing, developing and presenting solutions, and constructively challenging conventions and assumptions.

Join us for an information session where you can meet the staff, faculty, alumni, and students. Hear from their perspective how the MLA program's rich curriculum, exceptional instruction, and insightful classroom conversations have enriched their personal and professional lives.

Two MLA faculty members will also be delivering short lectures, followed by Q&A.

Speakers:
Mark Miller, Associate Professor, Department of English
Omar M. McRoberts, Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and The College
